01/14/2015: Patch fixed a problem when adding a repeat event to the fourth week of the month
Bug Fixes
Previously when Website Administrators would make a repeat event that occurrs montly within the fourth week of the month the event would not properly add itself to the right day each month. This patch fixed it so that repeat events will now properly generate.
