06/03/2015: Fixed a bug with the Department Cover Photo
Bug Fixes:
Previously there was a problem with uploading/changing the Departments Module Cover Photo where the uploaded image wouldn't upload properly and display in the PlasmaBrowser. We have fixed the problem so that the images will now upload and properly display in the PlasmaBrowser.
