The Insercorp Development Team has released an update to the Customer Reviews Module which fixes an issue which prevented Reviews from submitting properly in addition to resolving issues with the Notification Settings related to the Module’s Custom Autoresponders.
Previously there was an issue with the Submit a Review Form which resulted in some Reviews’ comments to be lost when submitted, particularly when the Submit a Review form was accessed from a side menu. This issue has been resolved so that Reviews submitted from the Submit a Review form accessed by Website Visitors when they click the “Add a Review” button will now properly include the submitted Review Comment.
The Integration with Facebook Reviews has been removed due to Facebook’s replacement of Reviews with Recommendations which do not have ratings.
Previously when Website Administrators customized the email autoresponders for Review Submissions and Review Approvals with font style changes and paragraph breaks in the What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) Text Editor they were not reflecting properly in the Email Preview nor in the actual Autoresponder Emails. This has been updated so that font style changes and paragraph breaks are now properly updated in both the Email Preview and in the actual Autoresponder Emails.
Previously when Website Administrators added a custom signature image for the Autoresponder Emails the image displayed as a broken image in the Preview and larger images did not display at a maximum width of 100% in the actual Autoresponder Emails. This has been fixed so that the Preview now properly displays the custom signature image and the signature image will be contained to a maximum width of 100% in the actual Autoresponder Emails.
